    Pilates & Hypopressive Coach

    Hi, my name is Sandra! I am a fully qualified Pilates and Hypopressives certified trainer with more than 15 years of experience. I decided to train and become a Pilates instructor so I could have a more balanced life. After a while of teaching many classes per week, enjoying it so much, and helping so many people to feel better with their bodies, I decided to dedicate myself and my life to teaching. I specialise my training in Low-Pressure Fitness, which helps pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunctions such as incontinence and prolapses. This style of fitness has really helped with physically and mentally through my breathing, posture, and conscious movement.

  • Restorative Pilates

    Every Friday | 9:30-10:30 am

    This is a gentle but still challenging class specifically designed to improve balance and flexibility, as well as assist in rehabilitation from injury or surgery. If you have back pain, a knee injury, hip replacements, or a shoulder impingement, this is the class for you!

  • Pilates & Low Pressure Fitness for Mums & Babies

    Every Friday | 10:30-11:30 am

    These classes are specifically designed for the postnatal period bearing in mind all the physical changes motherhood brings to your body. It is also a lovely way to meet other like-minded mums! Whether you have had a vaginal or cesarean delivery the classes are safe and effective to help you restore your core and pelvic floor, improve posture, reduce back pain and get back into shape safely after having a baby.
